An essential component of Hötten extensive product range is Autoclave Aerated Concrete.

Hötten is consulting, designing, planning, supplying and installation supervision with start-up of single machines as well as turnkey plants up to a capacity of 1000m³/day.

The system is turning the cake with the possibility of producing blocks with creating tonque and grooves of the green cake in the cutting line.

Our process technology and formulations guarantee an economical production process for all standard sizes, either with or without tongue and grooves for blocks and reinforced panels as well as gripping holes for large block sizes.

The modern Hötten AAC plant is consisting of:

• Wet mill grinding of sand
• Mixing plant with high-speed mixing and process control
• Moulds for a cake length up to 6m
• Cake tilting before cutting
• Cutting system with tongue and groove as well as hand hole drilling
• Autoclaves with 1 or 2 doors up to a length of 44m
• Automatic steam control of autoclaves
• Separating machine for fully automatic separation
• Automatic packing system with strapping and/or foiling
